The project will be implemented in a study travel in various Mediterranean countries. The prize crowns a brilliant career and it will allow the winner to extend her research on visual artists in Egypt in the 20th century. The Prize supports her research on \u201cThe contradictory allegiances of Inji Efflatoun (1924-1989). Trajectory of a militant artist through 20th century Egypt\u201d. Rotte mediterranee nell\u2019et\u00e0 di Fillippo II \u201d, The project intends to carry out a study of the export of Genoese marble sculptures to the Iberian and Mediterranean centers where the main routes converged at the time of Philip II (1556-1598). The research will be carried out mainly in Spain. The grant was due to be presented on the annual opening day of the Foundation in Rhodes. The project consists of a photographic testimony that the winner will collect about the traditional relationships which the Palestinian people continue to maintain with their lands despite their situations. The grant was due to be presented on the annual opening day of the Foundation in Rhodes on April 25, 2020. The Prize will be presented in Paris on March 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Institut National d\u2019Histoire de l\u2019Art.    <\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/article>\n<article id=\"blog-1-post-3002\" class=\"fusion-post-large post-3002 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-news\">\n<div class=\"fusion-post-content post-content\"><h2 class=\"blog-shortcode-post-title entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondationmdm.com\/en\/the-foundation-supports-the-project-ani-mate-meet-the-other\/\">The Foundation supports the Project \u201cAni-Mate &#038; Meet the Other\u201d<\/a><\/h2><div class=\"fusion-post-content-container\"><p>The Foundation provides financial support to the extension of the \u201cAni-Mate &amp; Meet the Other\u201d project over the 2017 summer period for the benefit of Syrian refugee children on the island of Rhodes, in Greece. Informal education, arts and culture are used to create solidarity among the local community and refugee children. At the same time, the initiative helps to enroll refugee children in Greek schools and thereby contributes to their integration. The project will continue during the summer period its activities for the benefit of children from Syrian refugee families with the involvement of some Greek children.
